o9win Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and o9win ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the o9win website located at https://o9win.cam and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, promotional features, and account management tools.

o9win operates under international gaming licensing frameworks and provides its services to eligible users in jurisdictions where online gambling activity is not otherwise restricted by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using o9win's services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on o9win, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

For the purpose of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

To register and maintain an Account on o9win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as your Account remains active:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. o9win strictly enforces this age limit. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under any form of legal guardianship or incapacity may not register.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether directly, through another individual, or through technical means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
4. Not a Resident of a Prohibited Territory: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, or from a territory designated by o9win as restricted.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion arrangement with o9win or any other gambling operator that would otherwise prohibit you from opening a new account.
6. Not an Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of o9win or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or payment processors.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You further agree to maintain and update this information promptly whenever it changes. o9win reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

By accessing the o9win Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:

• You will use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You will not attempt to exploit any technical vulnerability, software error, or system fault to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform's games, betting markets, or account systems.
• You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or any other practice that constitutes irregular wagering activity.
• You will not attempt to launder money or use o9win for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• You acknowledge that all games on the Platform involve an element of chance, and that no strategy, system, or third-party tool can guarantee winings.
• You will access the Platform only through your own registered Account and will not act on behalf of any third party.

o9win supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). All account transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or an equivalent cryptocurrency value.

o9win offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referal rewards, birthday bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game contribution percentages, and maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and become withdrawable only upon fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements.
• Each promotion's specific terms, including wagering multipliers, time limits, and eligible games, are stated on the relevant promotion page or communicated at the time of award.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise specified.
• o9win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already in active wagering will not be voided without reasonable cause.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value, will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
• The Birthday Bonus is available to players who have completed KYC verification and made at least one qualifying deposit within the 30 days preceding their birthday. Bonus tiers are determined by account VIP status at the time of award.
• The Referal Bonus of MYR 38 per qualifying referral is credited upon the referred friend completing registration and making a qualifying first deposit using the referrer's unique code. There is no cap on the total number of referrals.

All wagers placed on o9win are subject to the specific game or sport rules displayed within the Platform at the time of play. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game or sports rules, the specific rules shall prevail for that product.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the o9win Platform. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripted method to interact with the Platform's systems, games, or betting interfaces.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with o9win.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any transaction designed to conceal the origin or destination of funds.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, sporting event, or market through collusion, insider information, or any other unfair means.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing o9win staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code, databases, or back-end infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform from a known Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy, or any other obfuscation technology to circumvent territorial restrictions.

All content on the o9win Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain website design, game interfaces, graphic assets, written content, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of o9win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform's content without the Company's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, o9win, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or financial loss arising from wagering or betting activities conducted on the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party provider outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, statistics, or informational content displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit o9win's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that no guarantee of winings is made or implied by the Platform.

o9win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable laws.
• Irregular wagering patterns indicative of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated exploitation.
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, o9win reserves the right to withold any Bonus Funds and to review the Real Money Balance against applicable Terms before authorising withdrawal. Where a Player closes their own Account voluntarily, their Real Money Balance will be returned subject to the completion of applicable KYC requirements.

o9win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide players with the following tools and resources to help maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Changes reducing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration reminders.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusions are actioned within 24 hours of a verified request.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications reminding players of time elapsed.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which o9win holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitral bodies in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that the laws of your country of residence may differ from the laws governing this Agreement, and that by using the Platform you elect to be bound by the governing law set out in this clause to the fullest extent permitted in your jurisdiction.

o9win reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, o9win will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active Players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
